Food Vendor Application 2025

THANK YOU FOR APPLYING TO BE A FOOD VENDOR AT THE NATIONAL CHERRY FESTIVAL. PLEASE COMPLETE APPLICATION BELOW. APPLICANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED NO LATER THAN THE END MARCH OF 2025 WITH THE FESTIVAL'S DECISION.

Due to our layout space and agreement with the City of Traverse City we are unable to accommodate food trucks. All applicants must be able to work out of 10 x 20 tent for food court/ farm market placement or operate a pushcart for mobile vending.
The application deadline for consideration for the 2025 year is March 3, 2025. If you are selected for the 2025 National Cherry Festival, the booth fee is $6,000 for the 8-day Festival.

The 2025 National Cherry Festival will be held from June 28 to July 5, 2025.
